He did his Masters in Agriculture having Agronomy as a Major subject from University of Agriculture Faisal Abad and Master in Business Administration with Marketing as a specialization. After catering, Bayer Crop Science, Jaffer Brothers, Warble and Four brothers, some of very renowned companies of Pakistan at different levels for 21 years, gained a pile of knowledge about managing people, Farm Advisory services (IPM, Soil Analysis and Nutritional management of crops) and having very good interpersonal skills.

Having vast experience of farmer fields and have strong grip on the needs and basic issues of farmer as well as dealer communities. He has very good relations with almost all the major and progressive farmers and dealers of south Punjab. Having a long range of trainings on Pesticides, Soil Profile & Nutrition Management, it is his strength to understand the core issues of soil and its reclamation along with nutritional needs of plants at different growth stages.

Mr. Waleed Tahir Major Shareholder and is acting as Director HR in Waseela Pesticides having Professional degrees like ACCA, M.Phil in Business Administration,MBA from very reputable institutions of Pakistan and BSc Hons in Applied accounting from Oxford Brooks University from London. Rich experience of managing people and catering educational institutes in past, makes him more comfortable in providing financial services to customers & suppliers of Waseela Pesticides He is very skillful and responsible for recruiting, screening, and training job applicants, financal accounts and promotional matters of Waseela Pesticides. Strong hold on global changes in marketing and customer services are some of his rich expertise.
